When the clouds in the sky turn puffy and pink I think of Tiepolo, the 18th century painter, famous for his atmospheric ceiling frescos. He had a particular way of painting clouds in soft shades of rose. This peaceful, dreamy painting was inspired by an appearance of "Tiepolo clouds" over New York City. Soft pinks, blues and violet are accented with pops of coral. It was painted digitally on my iPad. Copyright Beverly Brown.
